On arrival you will be required to leave o deposit of 250 euros against damages, the deposit will be returned on the date of departure or the latest one week later, after full inventry and inspection of the flat for cleanliness.

General Conditions

The following conditions apply to the holiday rental :

- to occupy the flat for the specified period only, professional occupation is not permitted.

- not to sublet the flat.

- to be covered by insurence against theft, fire, water damage etc.

The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation

- for non payment of the rental

- non respect of the general condition of the rental
